Primary Responsibilities

Job Position: Sales Executive

We are currently looking for a committed Sales Executive to support Senses expansion plan. This role will be reporting to the business development director.

Key duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Development Director with assigned tasks to achieve agreed business targets

Strengthen Business relationship & maintain high customer intimacy with current clients and expand account base

Develop account strategy internally for key customers to identify growth opportunities with the account

Manage project and work closely with technical team

Partner with operation team to ensure customer satisfactions in terms of services and supply

Any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Min Diploma in chemistry or relevant field

Class 3 driving license (Company car will be provided)

Preferred at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in chemical or manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable working in an aromatic environment

Proficient in the Microsoft Suite Applications (Excel, Words, Power Point) and good presentation skills

Preferred Skills/Competencies:

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work with strict deadlines

Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.

Ability to work both independently and / or within a team environment

Multi-tasking, prioritisation and effective time management skills

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Management of recruitment/ selection process + performance appraisals (likewise with exit process/ interviews); plan & execute onboarding of new employees (end-to-end recruitment activities)
• Payroll of different levels/ types of staff - full-timers, part-timers, internship staff; Singapore & Malaysia
• Maintain employee records; ensure compliance with MOM requirements, pass renewals, applications + processing of employee claims, income tax submissions
• Play a key role in shaping HR policies, setting of culture

Administration:

• Management & evaluation of vendors; negotiation of terms & standards
• Collaborate across departments to understand procurement needs & requirements
• Make or break the smooth runnings of the company - stocking of supplies, maintenance of service contracts etc
• Maintenance of accurate documentation for HR, admin & vendor processes
• Coordination & scheduling of meetings & travel arrangements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar capacity (HR & admin); Degree or Diploma in a related field is preferred
• A preference for working on-site/ at the office; thrive on people interaction
• Pro-active. Problem solver. Runs towards challenges. Confident in decision making.
• Excellent communicator, people skills, tech-savvy, detailed, accurate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries
• Carry out basic admin duties such as filing, data entry, scanning/sorting documents and reports

Customer Experience and Audit

• Plan, conduct, and facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, user surveys, and interviews.
• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
• Maintain, review, and create new customer journey maps to enhance corporate clients' and their online and offline experiences.
• Translate all findings and goals into actionable recommendations.
• Plan and conduct user testing or mystery shopping to audit current offerings.

Service Delivery

• Develop, implement corporate clients’ service, and feedback policies, SOPs, and workflows in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and processes to handle customer interactions and communications.
• Spearhead service excellence and sourcing training for Social & Recreational related topics
• Reinforce service excellence and operations training for the Guest Services team and lead the Guest Experience team to achieve service excellence across the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer service and experience, and/or user experience.
• Digitally savvy with familiarity in CX/UX design, conducting UAT.
• Design thinking and customer service skills will be an advantage.
• Familiar with CRM programmes, databases, and data analytics such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, visual presentation, and facilitation skills.
