Key Responsibilities

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all financial transactions.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, including monthly cash flow forecast.
• Accurately and promptly process Goods Return Notes.
• Coordinate the local cheque bank-in process and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
• Timely update of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow up with customers on overdue accounts and arrange for debt collection.
• Mailing Statement of Accounts to customers and responding to their inquiries.
• Monitor and report on monthly/weekly Debtors aging.
• Prepare Journal entries for accruals and other adjustments.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for strengthening current processes and suggest improvements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of trade/ channel marketing within the department.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be assisting with the following:

• Manage the main and ad-hoc payroll processing runs per month such as salary payment, bonuses and festive advance payments, including but not limited to data verifications, prepare and consolidate reports, seek approvals of payments
• Manage and process employees’ claims and reimbursement process, such as overtime, night duty allowance, including submission and processing of Government-paid leave claims and National Service make-up claims, and ensuring relevant database are recorded accurately and timely

• Participate in system enhancement activities such as systems User Acceptance Testing of application where required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or other related field
• Experience in payroll of more than 1000 headcounts
• Experience in software system Workday or Excelity added advantage
• Good understanding of payroll policies and applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Able to multitask and good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of data

Manages the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure

• Supervise and direct the team of Guest Experience Executive to ensure that personalized care is provided to all hotel guests at Heart of House throughout their stay.
• Manages the Pullman Singapore Orchard guest experience through a seamless flow of processes.
• Upholds a flawless impression and perception of Pullman Singapore Orchard services, products, and colleagues.
• Accommodates all guest needs and requests, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable experiences through personalized service.
• Works with all departments to ensure seamless service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
