Responsibilities:
• Work with Business functions’ business process owners to implement in-house business application software together with Business Application Management (BAM) team and other BPR Leads.
• Review and implement appropriate change requests for in-house business application software.
• Provide post-implementation support to end users of business applications.
• Develop any process enhancements and improvements.
• Managing multiple ongoing projects and its stakeholders related to Process Enhancements.
• Participate in business blueprints and designs for in-house business applications.
• Review change requests received from users with BAM to ensure that such change requests are appropriate and suitable for operational needs.
• Create and implement programs that will provide refresher trainings to end-users in usage of business applications.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in related discipline
• At least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
• Possess good knowledge in business operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, Stead-fast, Self-motivated, Proactiveness
