Campaign Strategy and Development

• Plan, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing plans to maximise promotional mileage for Dsg's initiatives, exhibitions, and programmes.

• Plan and execute advertising buys and placements to achieve campaign KPIs, including social platforms, display networks, SEM, email, content partnerships, and OOH advertising.
• Analyse and map customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, using insights to design more effective marketing campaigns. Administer and ensure governance, data cleanliness, and overall health of digital marketing systems.

Performance Analysis and Optimisation

• Analyse, measure, and report monthly performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Continuously optimise digital marketing strategies based on performance data.

Website and Technical Management

• Lead the re-design of the Dsg website.
• Manage and maintain the Dsg Website, overseeing content development and creating evergreen content to profile Dsg's initiatives.
• Support the team in performing Webmaster functions, overseeing maintenance and technical development.
• Manage appointed agencies for web development, maintenance, and hosting.

Event Marketing

• Lead and execute marketing plans for Dsg's digital events to drive awareness and attendance.
• Support specific initiatives, exhibitions, and programmes, representing Marcomms at cross-functional meetings and, assembling Marcomms personnel and resources to drive overall take-up and participation. Main responsibilities:

· Deliver all internal communications assets to support delivery of the plan including content for Sanofi’s enterprise social platform, Yammer, presentations for Town Halls and other content as required

· Present regular employee events including Town Halls, All Hands meetings, or major celebrations.

· Support the ASEA Leadership team in navigating organisational or structural change by developing appropriate communications plans and supporting content

· Partnering with the Zone Leader Consumer Healthcare ASEA to support the local business’ growth strategy- provide strategic counsel on corporate and brand reputational risk, and other implications of business policies, practices and actions, as well as strategic internal communications

· Develop and deliver a holistic communications strategy and plan for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare ASEA incorporating internal communications and brand, corporate public relations

· Work closely with brand teams and supporting agencies to oversee the successful delivery of brand public relations programs

· Position the Consumer Healthcare business as a socially conscious Singapore-based leader of industry, taking into consideration necessary alignment with global corporate messages and priorities

· Work as an active member of industry communications committees or policy shaping organisations, as appropriate

· Coaching the business to build capabilities in brand and corporate public relations

· Respond to brand and corporate media queries

About you

Experience:

· Ideally minimum 10 x years experience in similar corporate communications roles- within a Consumer Goods business is a bonus!

· Proven experience in corporate internal communications including leadership advisory on organisational change management

· Previous partnering with agencies to develop high quality content including videos and social media

· Nice to have: Ability to build internal communications content in-house using web based platforms

Soft Skills:

· Exceptional written and verbal skills

· Ability to build trust, rapport and build relationships with senior stakeholders, multi-functional teams and external partners

Education:

· Degree qualified in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism

Language:

· Fluent in Verbal and Written communication
