Why this role?
People & Communications Generalists support in delivering the people and communications people agenda within their responsibility area. They take part the actions to attract, engage, and develop employees and develop KONE as a great place to work together with other teams.
What will you be doing?
· Contributing to the delivery of a People and Communications Plan – Responsible for smaller local projects that contribute to the delivery of a People and Communications Plan. Localization of needed items and projects.
· Local People and Communications Operations – Responsible for local operations. Such activities can include e.g., time and attendance and payroll related preparations or collecting information, preparation and coordination of locally required documents.
· Annual processes – Supporting in preparing and delivering annual processes according to normal process cycle with close guidance from respective owners.
Are you the one?
· HR background either from Unit HR or HR Center of Expertise or HR Services roles
· Knowledge of related Manage People process area
· Project management skills
· Awareness of capabilities needed to work in multinational team in a global matrix organization
· Genuine interest to grow into expertise area
