Your Background

• 4 Year/bachelor’s degree (Degree in English or Communication preferred) or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
• 5-8 years’ communication experience leading communication programs/department
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to interact with general partners and other leaders of the firm
• Demonstrates initiative, interpersonal and advanced project management skills
• Demonstrates organization and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in virtual communication methods
• Drives performance targets to completion
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills
