Job Overview:
As a Marketing Associate at Frontiers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for various Web3 projects. You will focus on creating and managing social media content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and driving community engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to craft and execute campaigns that increase visibility, drive user engagement, and contribute to the success of Frontiers’ projects.
This is a full-time role for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, while ensuring alignment with our overall brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Execution:
Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for Web3 projects under the Frontiers brand. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and timelines.
- Social Media Content Creation & Management:
Craft and curate compelling content across multiple social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, etc.) that drives community engagement and user acquisition. Actively manage and grow Frontiers’ and its projects' social media presence.
- Brand Identity & Consistency:
Ensure that all digital communications and assets adhere to the brand identity of Frontiers and its associated projects. Maintain a consistent tone and messaging across all platforms to reinforce the brand's core values.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with internal teams (designers, product managers, and marketing leads) to develop promotional materials, content calendars, and strategies that support each project’s launch and ongoing initiatives.
- Identify Co-Marketing Opportunities:
Seek out and collaborate on co-marketing opportunities with relevant Web3 platforms and partners. Execute cross-promotions to increase visibility and drive engagement for Frontiers’ projects.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyse key metrics, and optimise future efforts based on data-driven insights. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Marketing Experience:
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and campaign execution, especially in launching new products or apps. Experience with product launches on chat platforms like Telegram is highly desirable.
- Communication & Live Interaction Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable conducting live video interviews, interacting with users in real-time, and building community excitement for an app launch.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing strategies, with a focus on generating buzz for product launches. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, launch dates, and promotions.
- Content Creation Expertise:
Proficient in creating and managing multimedia content (graphics, videos, social media posts) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation platforms. Ability to tell a compelling brand story in a digital context.
- Project & Stakeholder Management:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery and seamless execution. Experience in managing the coordination between design, marketing, and external partners.
- Data-Driven Approach:
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and adapt strategies based on performance insights. Experience with social media analytics tools and Google Analytics.
- Passion for Web3 & Gaming:
Enthusiastic about gaming, trivia, and Web3 technologies. Knowledge of blockchain, decentralised applications (dApps), and Telegram’s ecosystem is a plus.
