Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop best in class marketing strategies and communication assets for Tiger that leverage growth on brand power in game changer and strategic countries.
- Lead key agencies elevating Tiger’s brand creativity for more impact.
- Leading the strategy and creation of the Tiger Integrated ATL communication for Tiger Global campaign, platforms & communication initiatives
- Champion and lead the development, creation and execution of Tiger’s digital & mobile strategy including all digital communications including social media.
- Support Tiger ® markets in growing the brand disproportionately by providing Brand Communication support for global campaign, platforms, initiatives as well as local Top spins based on global priorities and brand strategy
Key Experiences:
- Ability to manage challenging agency partners to develop world-class communication in line with brand strategy.
- Able to drive 3rd parties & multiple agencies to deliver what is needed
- Experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives from different cultures around the world
- Flexible in understanding different cultures and quick in adapt to different business situation.
- Leadership skills, able to lead the integrated project team working on global innovation projects
