• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and making recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.
• Support the management of budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative paid media strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns in China and APAC.
• Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms in the Global and Chinese Market
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable to do presentation in Business Chinese to APAC stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
