• Coordinating with engineers and managers for their respective submissions via Insight Fulcrum HQ (new system) to LTA
• Coordinating with QS, Contracts & other managers for letter submissions to LTA & Other parties (Authorities, interfacing parties & subcon)
• Getting approval from respective approvers on each submissions (Insight Fulcrum HQ or Letter)
• Coordinating with QPS & LTA whenever there are issues with submissions (eg. Insight Fulcrum HQ system issues or whenever there are queries)
• Updating of QAQC registers in monthly progress report
• Providing registers for monthly progress report
• Maintaining registers for incoming & outgoing documents (official documents)
• Distributing incoming documents to the team & consultants
• Informing of outgoing documents to relevant internal teams
• Printing of monthly report to LTA; ST submissions, Issue for Construction Drawings & Shop Drawings to LTA, QPS, Foundation Team, PM & team
• Saving all official documents in fangcloud for internal staff to access
• Backing up all official documents in fangcloud & hard disk to ensure that we have a copy in event of computer issues or hacking in fangcloud or spoilt hard disk.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum at least 2 years of working experience working as document controller in construction industry.
• Experience in LTA projects would be preferred
• Familiar with Insight Fulcrum HQ system would be advantageous

Job Description:

• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements

Job Requirement:
