Overall Purpose of The Role

Our Account Management department is an integral part of We Are Social, the first level of Account & Client Management within our structure. We look to you to support your team in delivering our core service areas in Consultancy, Strategy and Engagement.

Your role is focused on the day-to-day delivery. Your team leaders will help you manage your tasks and priorities, although we do expect you to take responsibility here too. You need to conduct business effectively with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications, both internal and external.

We expect you to stay updated on industry trends and to regularly review a wide range of social media platforms in search of emerging trends and best practices. Your objective is to provide education not only to your team, but also to the broader team at We Are Social.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Monthly content planning and writing content briefs with the local team for our client’s social media channels.
• Community engagement and community management.
• Plan content calendar and schedule posts timely on native platforms and social media management tools provided.
• Track and analyse social media posts performance and write relevant monthly and quarterly reports on posts and channel health.
• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed.
• Assist the Account Director on the day-to-day delivery of output.
• Work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards.
• Attend briefings/meetings both internally and with external stakeholders, and take responsibility for preparing minutes.
• Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed.
• Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and requests while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign.
• Be meticulous and organised in content reviews and job filings.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an agency
• Preferable knowledge of the Philippines as a market
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
• Understands basic agency processes while knowing the operational function of each department
• Attention to detail and organisation skills are a must
• Comfortable with writing, proofing and public speaking

Key responsibilities:

· Lead National Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the national marketing strategy in collaboration with heads of individual business lines in Singapore and the Asia Pacific Marketing team.

· Creative and Content Leadership: Oversee the national creative, content, and media programs across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regional campaigns, promoting national business lines and research content.

· Brand and Campaign Management: Manage internal and external brand campaigns, communications, and both online and offline content.

· Develop and Execute Marketing Priorities: Develop, execute, and measure strategies to drive pipeline, support business priorities, and build brand awareness with target segments.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders across the Singapore business and leverage regional resources to proactively develop content and service marketing campaigns.

· Comprehensive Media Communication: Utilize a full range of media, including digital, print, and social, as well as in-house and industry events, to communicate our marketing efforts.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage performance data analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.

· Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget, and strategic plan for the marketing team. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on marketing performance metrics to senior management.

· Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, both internal and external, to engage with employees, clients and key stakeholders.

· Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the Colliers brand guidelines.

Core Skills and Experience Required:

· Minimum 10 years’ experience as a senior B2B marketing professional, within a leading communications agency or corporate role.

· Passionate about B2B communications, ideally with experience in commercial real estate services.

· A Marketing or Communications Degree or relevant qualifications.

· Ability to manage a team and engage with a matrix of stakeholders across functions.

· Expertise in managing multiple projects and deadlines, with the flexibility to adjust priorities as needed.

· Proficiency in digital marketing, including online media and professional social media channels.

· Skilled in Microsoft packages.

What We Offer

As a motion graphic intern, you will be primarily tasked with supporting the post production team.

All interns would be given mentorship and on-the-job-training, and will be exposed to real world projects. Tasks would include (and not limited to) creation of kinetic typography and illustration.

We offer interns an opportunity to be exposed to all stages of production, and depending on their performance or skillsets, they may be given opportunities to branch out into new roles.

From social media content to traditional communication channels, interns will be exposed to a wide range of genres and opportunities to work with Global MNCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D motion graphics and animation.
• Research digital trends and contribute to ideation.
• Distill complex concepts down to tasteful infographics.
• Conduct research into client brand guidelines and how concepts can be adapt to conform.

Job Requirements

• Interest in Video Animation and Art.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Knowledge of 3D and Blender is a bonus.
• Meticulous, technical, organised and creative.
• Have a great eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Willingness to learn.

• Graduates from Diploma in Film and Media studies, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass Communication or equivalent.
