• Staying up to date with system information, changes, and updates.
• Support multiple platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and VC equipment.

Job Descriptions:

· Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, unagi);

· Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi;

· Select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (like avocado, mango and carrots);

· Add additional flavors to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi, and soy sauce, when appropriate;

· Manage food prep activities, like boiling rice;

· Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies;

· Prepare appetizers, soups, and salads that are close to the philosophy of Japanese cuisine;

· Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed;

· Recommend new, modern recipes, like sushi burgers;

· Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift;

· Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency;

· Manage food safety and hygiene standards to comply with health regulations.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years work experience as a Japanese Chef;

· Good knowledge of various sushi types, sushi-rolling and fish techniques;

· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff;

· Ability to work both fast and accurately;

· Availability to work during business hours, including weekends, PH, evenings and night;

· Flexibility to take on various shifts;

· Love your own work, work hard, and obey the arrangement of leaders;

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

· Immediate availability to start work;

· The candidate can accept multitasks and overtime works;

· The candidate must accept night shift and working on public holidays.

What you do

• Origination of corporate and investment banking business across TMT sectors
• Originate and lead execution of mandate covering various product offerings including Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets & M&A Advisory, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance and Treasury
• Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and meeting deal execution timelines

Who you are

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years relevant experience in corporate & investment banking, involving loan syndication, debt capital markets, equity capital markets and merger & acquisition advisory related transactions
• Good knowledge and experience in TMT sectors
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading deal teams for origination and execution
• Results-oriented, resourceful and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities. Track record and experience in this aspect will be an advantage
• Develop business strategies and maintain discipline in planning of daily activities to support the strategic directions of the Global TMT team.
• Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research

We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage a full-scale rewards program, which includes overseeing membership acquisition, cross-partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis, and budget management.

The candidate will:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the loyalty program, focusing on driving customer acquisition, retention, and spend conversion across the mall(s).
• Develop strategies for member acquisition, retention, and engagement programs to ensure a seamless, engaging, and customer-centric experience.
• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including brand management, partnerships, and integrated marketing efforts.
• Establish and manage affiliate partnerships and sponsorships, leveraging data-driven insights to create value-added propositions.
• Continuously gather and act on feedback from members and stakeholders to enhance program performance and improve overall experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement initiatives and maximize their impact.
• Proficient in leveraging marketing technology to enhance customer experience, improve retention and increase members spending.
• Oversee budget management and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field, with 10 years of relevant experience in managing full-scale loyalty programs.
• Track record of securing and managing affiliate partnership networks.
• Detailed knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to leverage knowledge across teams and develop collaborations.
• Experience in data analysis and deep learning is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
