Position Title: Manager/AM, Account Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish new business opportunities
• Manage and grow business opportunities from existing set of customers
• Build stronger customer relationships
• Achieve sales forecasts and targets
• Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations and presentations to customers assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Proactive in expanding new revenue streams
• Provide regular reporting on the competitive landscape and latest developments in the printing industry to management
• Manage print jobs with the operation team and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure datelines are being met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years related work experience in printing industry
• Dynamic, positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality to customers
• Excellent communication, selling skills and an outgoing personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to use PPT to create persuasive presentation

Job Desciption:

• Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
• Ensure the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
• Participate in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
• Participate in coordinating with client/ consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
• Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
• Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.
• Preparation of weekly and months rolling program and update with actual progress.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with a Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as a team and proactive.
• LTA experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day account management and execution of the affiliate programme
• Identify and recruit affiliates to scale our programme with a focus on content publishers and influencers
• Work closely with suppliers to align product and promotion opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, top affiliates, and other partners by communicating business and brand priorities and updates, sharing the promotional calendar, and negotiating strong partnership terms
• Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance reports and adjust strategies to hit business goals and channel KPIs

Job Requirements:

• Passion for marketing. Some experience in affiliate marketing will be advantageous
• Strong content development and/or PR experience, with outstanding copy-writing skills in English
• Analytical thinker, able to convert data and insights into trends and forecasts
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a small team environment

Job Description

• Assist and make ready the printing press including plating up and preparing the reelstand paste pattern.
• Carry out production run to produce single-colour and multi-colour printed products to specifications of proof or print sample
• Perform simple trouble-shooting and rectify minor printing faults
• Maintain printing machine in good working condition

Job Requirements

• At least a NITEC Certificate / GCE ‘N’ Level
• Able to work on rotating day and night shifts
• Recent graduates are welcome as training will be provided

Company transport will be provided from Clementi and Jurong East MRT stations to and from SPH Print Centre.
