Client Billings

• Perform high-volume client billings
• Formal reconciliation preparation as part of the billing process
• Work closely and communicate with stakeholders to resolve billing and collection issues
• Assist with client financial year-end closing and ensure all client invoices are billed
• To ensure all the entries in the Work-in-Progress account are properly posted and revenue is recognized on a timely basis

Vendor invoices

• Perform end-to-end media preparation for post-production, such as encode, ingest, outgest and housekeeping of all video assets.
