Job Description:
1)Responsible for increasing company profitability and create new profit growth opportunities, standardize and optimize the operating costs of various operational units, enhance brand profit growth.
2)Responsible for establishing short and long term goals, plans and policies, managing the overall operations and resources of the company.
3)Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities, Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4)Take charge of multiple businesses, including Business to Customer Services and Business to Business Services. Lead and manage company’s senior executives ensuring alignment with company’s mission and goals.
5)Manage a team of thousand people either working domestically or overseas. Motivate employees and drive changes within the organisation. Monitor and implement improvement on the company’s performance.
Requirements:
1)Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent.
2)10+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies.
3)Proficient operational and financial acumen and strong leadership abilities.
4)Hands on experience in accomplishing organizational objectives and goals.
5)Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills required for interactions with Mandarin-speaking staff and vendors.
