Develop and manage accident and injury investigation program. Manage workers compensation program and costs. Initiate investigations when appropriate. Establish target areas and long range accident risk reduction and cost control objectives

Prepare Noise Management plan, SHEMS and other plan as required for the project

Maintain documents and continuously improve the ISO system in the company

Qualifications:

The suitable candidate must register with the Government agencies like MOM (for WSHE officer) & NEA (for ECO) and should have at least 3 years post registration.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably but not essential), Occupational Safety, or other Environmental, Health and Safety Related program.

Minimum 2-5 years of EHS and Process Safety experience

Familiarity with Safety Engineering Tools, e.g. P&IDs, PHA, HAZOP tools, etc.

• Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
• Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Negotiate with carriers and co-loaders for best freight rates to ensure the profit margins and targets are met.
• Handle RFQs.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
• Understand and analyse market trends, assist with providing pricing strategies for clients.
• Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow-ups.
• Report generation.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation and storage
• Position Title: Customer Service Officer
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3000 + OT + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of bin in process
• In charge of export process
• In charge of closing work orders and invoicing customer
• Maintain SOP/Work Instruction for customer service process
• Track and trace inventory movement
• Data processing and reporting related to operation decision
• Monitor Export process and make arrangement for warehouse export overtime for shipment when needed
• Answer any customer query
• Coordinate with inter-department for KPI
• Coordinate with Transport department for containers trucking for export activities.

Job Scope:

• Assist to distil company's policies into compelling rich media content pieces that inform and engage members
• Apply expertise in graphic design and multimedia content production to a wide range of deliverables, including—but not limited to—infographics, videos, social media content and other collaterals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in creative agencies, digital agencies or digital marketing teams
• Relevant knowledge in related field (multimedia/visual design/graphic design or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs with an emphasis on animation and illustration tools, or equivalent
• Intermediate to Advanced skill set for graphic design and animation
• Ability to conceptualise and illustrate stories through rich media content pieces
• Ability to translate complex information into bite-sized visual content
• Sound knowledge of formats for online advertising and print collaterals
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design projects including window displays, outdoor advertising, printed collaterals, backdrop designs, promotional displays, media kits, etc. will be an advantage
• A creative self-starter who is able to manage and deliver within tight timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
