Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Customer Service Officers to join their Services team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Working hours:

3 rotating shifts (8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm)

Working days: 5 days/week (inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Location: Joo Koon

Job Scope:

• Serve as an ambassador, assisting customers with purchases and inquiries through various channels.
• Handle customer feedback via phone, email, social media, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution.
• Create feedback reports to analyze trends and contribute to service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics vendors to fulfill customer requests.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or 'O' Level.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of systems like Zendesk or SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Excel for data management.
