RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate maintenance tasks for equipment and offer technical support for both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Offer technical guidance for preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance records are maintained within the designated section.
• Aid in investigating damages or accidents and preparing required reports.
• Collaborate with equipment owners to address maintenance concerns and provide follow-up as needed.
• Perform routine patrol checks to oversee maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, including those in Japan, on maintenance-related matters.
• Develop, monitor, and regulate work procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in any technical / engineering discipline.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of maintenance sales support experience is ideal. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be comfortable to provide assistance in handling of technicians

• Assist in the travel arrangements and accommodation for business associates

Job Requirements

• Private Secretarial qualification/ GCE “A”/ “O” level
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/ secretarial support work experience
• Possess professional ethics and carry out all duties with complete discretion and a high standard of confidentiality
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised, ability to work independently and possess initiative
