Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in establishing a central service related to change or communications.
• Certification in one or more change management methodologies (ex: ADKAR).
• Portfolio of creative assets, such as videos and graphics
• Experience in managing a team of professionals across multiple geographies.
• Proven experience in leading and managing significant change initiatives, including creating the deliverables personally.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent active listening skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Enthusiasm and curiosity about applying GenAI to the tasks related to change management and communications.

• Generate invoice.
• Verify accuracy of bills and obtain approval before sending out, especially on non-standard items, interest charges, arrears payment, failed Giro deduction.
• Ensure billings are done on time, to prevent backlogs and incurring bad debts that needs to be written off.
• Perform routine internal / manual / billing system compliance checks as well as on payment receivables.
• Perform immediate corrective actions on billing errors through comms to the public.
• Oversee cases with arrears.
• Monitor payment and prepare bills for late payment interest.
• Keep records of conversations with tenants for fees not collected within the stipulated timeframe.
• Call to hasten/ clarify on late payments.
• Prepare invoicing for ad hoc billing scenarios.
• Offset payment against individual invoices for accurate arrears tracking.
• Establish arrangements with banks on Giro payment reports, failed deduction etc.
• Ensure write off process is adhered to.
• Track arrears till closure according to guidelines established.

Requirements

• Billing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI.
• Good data analytic skill such as maintaining data, gathering data from primary and secondary sources, identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data.
• Possess good Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations.

Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

Science

 Prepare experimental setups for all lab activities and trial the
experiments and modify the experiments, when required, prior to the
Science curriculum/enrichment lessons and Science CCA.
 Prepare additional apparatus for teachers who wish to carry out
additional Science activities and be on hand to help out during
Science Workshops conducted by the school.
 Assist with the purchase of materials required for experiments for
both Science curriculum lessons/enrichment and Science CCA in
alignment with budget requirements.
 Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the two Science Labs.
 Conduct stock-taking of all apparatus and resources belonging to the
Science department at least twice a year.
 Maintain a logbook for entry of classes into and out of the Science
labs.
 Maintain a logbook for entry of any broken/condemnation of
apparatus and chemicals for the Science labs.
 Preparation of the Outdoor and Indoor Hydroponics/Urban Farming
Facility for planting and harvesting followed by cleaning of the facility
in preparation for the next harvest.
 Monitoring of the Science Ecological Gardens and assist in
replacement of plants where required.
 Maintenance of the Laboratory Aquariums (which includes the
change of water and assist in replacement of plants and livestock
where required).

Makerspace
 Prepare materials and tools required for makerspace recess
activities and workshops
 Manage and maintain makerspace equipment, including 3D printers,
digital cutters and other tools.
 Provide technical support and assistance to makerspace users
regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the
makerspace.

Others
 Support in miscellaneous administrative school matters required by
the HOD/LH Science/School Admin.
 May also be deployed to help other departments in the school or
school events/activities, should the need arise.

Qualification,Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills
and experience:

 An ‘O’ Level qualification and basic knowledge of IT applications
(e.g. MS Word and Excel).
 Must be proficient in English.
 Able to multi-task and able to handle a fast paced environment.
 Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in a school
environment and have some basic knowledge of laboratory,
chemicals and apparatus.
 Candidates without relevant school experience but who
possess comparable skills and qualifications will also be
considered.

Position: Customer Service Reception

• Location: Somerset / Tanjong Pagar
• Working Day: 6 days (Mon-Fri 10am -7pm / Sat 10am - 6pm)
• $2,500 - $3,500 (Depending on experience)
