Job Description & Requirements
· Management of feedback from multiple channels
· Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback.
· Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.
· Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.
· Conducting onsite surveys.
· Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
· Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies.
Monday to friday : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Requirement :
· Diploma in any fields.
· Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.
· Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
· Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently.
