• Local PR Activation

  Cultivate strong relationships with top tier Asia travel/trade, news, business and consumer media and their contributors. • Media Events
  Able to independently organise and facilitate media events.
• Press and Briefing Materials
  Oversee development, approvals and updating of press kit materials, including press releases, fact sheets, bios, backgrounders, etc. for Asia. Prepare briefing materials and messaging/positioning documents for executives in preparation for media interviews.
• PR Measurement & Evaluation
  Measure results and impact of PR outreach in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage media monitoring & measurement tools. • Customer Communications

Job Summary

• Responsible for supporting the Assistant Banquet Operations Manager in overseeing all banquet operations and setups.
• Ensure that function venues are prepared according to client requirements for the seamless execution of events.
