Job Description:

· To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.

· To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

· To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, and other Consultants employed by Developer.

· To attend Main contractor’s daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and prepare report of observation and follow up on the rectification.

· To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.

· To familiarize with the risks and control measures related to each work activity.

· To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Requirement:

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

· Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

· Class 3 Qualified Driving License

• Prepare report and do administration duties.
• Do payment receipt and inventory control.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) Statements and Balance Confirmation on monthly basis and follow up /resolve collections in a timely manner.
• Prepare and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) statements, invoices and settlement statements.
• Prepare invoices and payment analysis for incoming payments and allocate outgoing payments according to the remittance advice.

Job Requirements:

• 'O' level with 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Preferably familiar with 365 Business Central.
• 5 day work week.

Responsibility and Tasks

· Examining laws and regulations applicable to the Company

· Ensure that appropriate systems and controls to manage its legal and regulatory risks are in place and are in line with the internal policies and procedures

· Provide advisory and manage any Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries

· Conduct due diligence checks and account/profile reviews at Client onboarding or periodically, in accordance to regulations and the Company’s policies

· Review any transactional alerts or investment restrictions generated from portfolio management system

· Review marketing materials, completion of appropriate forms and account forms

· Work with relevant departments or personnel in case of customer and operational complaints

· Identify and mitigate client relationships and/or account activities that may present sanctions risk

· Conduct screenings and investigations on accounts or relationships where potential AML risks are detected

· Provide investigation findings, recommendations and follow-up procedures, where applicable

· To participate, assist or lead any compliance trainings and AML-related projects

Requirements:

· At least ~5 years of relevant experience in a compliance department in EAM or Private Banking before

· Able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
