KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Scholar Development and Care policies and implementation

• Oversee the residential living and daily routines of the scholars
• Implement and ensure compliance with policies to ensure the development and care of all scholars
• Be responsible for the quality and achievement of Scholars’ individualised care plan
• Ensure scholars are meeting their goals, following the Scholar’s Handbook and are fairly reviewed for disciplinary misdemeanours

About the role

Duty Engineer

The Duty Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing all engineering operations within the hotel. This includes delegating tasks to subordinates, coordinating engineering activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns. Additionally, the Duty Engineer handles minor projects, ensures systems are well-maintained, and promotes energy conservation measures. • To lead and oversee Supervision Team to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Contract and authorities’ requirements.

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;
