Job Scope:

• Implementing the commissioning process for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) at workshops or customer locations.
• Assuring the optimal performance and reliability of AGVs, as well as the network and infrastructure at customer sites.
• Offering troubleshooting support to address any issues related to AGVs.
• Proactively monitoring AGV health and operations, intervening promptly to resolve faults and prevent disruptions to customer work operations.
• Providing technical guidance to customers on AGV usage and maintenance.
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of AGV and site configurations, encompassing both software and hardware settings.
• Collaborating closely with internal engineering teams.
• Developing user manuals, customer guides, FAQs, application notes, and best practices.
• Cultivating strong relationships with all customer representatives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in E&E, ME, CS, Robotics & equivalent
• Experience in using Linux is preferred
