Minimum Qualifications

• Degree of Science in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in doing process R&D
• Hands-on experience in various module assembly processes such as flip chip, flex attach, pick and place, dispensing, bonding, filling, laser soldering, component cleaning, curing, plating, singulation, wafer bonding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge in design of experiment (DOE), engineering statistic, root cause analysis and problem solving

The incumbent will work closely with the Project Manager, warehouse and transportation domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in managing and executing projects to meet contractual obligations and to ensure job orders are executed to the best interest of the company.

- Assist the Project Manager at site work coordination and execution.
