• Well verse in M&E building Services for daily operation & maintainance.
• Coordinate works of relocation contractors with Technology, Security, on site Facilities Management teams as well as other contractors from the date of appointment to the last day of move completion
• Generally inspect and audit all items to be relocated before and after the move activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of inventory
• Support and assist in preventive maintenance schedules, may need to support as a team for hands-on maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Carry out maintenance/ repair of Commericial/Industrial Chillers on customer's premise

- Report on abnormalities and apply basic troubleshooting techniques.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose chiller faults/ chiller plant system issues
