Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science / Engineer, Physics, Chemical Engineering
• Candidate without any experience are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years solution sales experience in scientific equipment or measurement / metrology is highly advantageous.

§ Work, liaise and lead inter-disciplinary technical team and stakeholders to design, implement and verify solutions to meet project requirements for performance.

§ Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of technical engineers in a project to ensure all are actively working toward established milestones and ensuring work complete on time on schedule.
§ Assists maintenance team to ensure System Availability and Reliability meets customers’ requirement
§ Conduct Root Cause Analysis of system issue and failures and recommend solutions.
§ With knowledge on construction site safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in power systems and electrical engineering.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Expertise in electrical design tools (e.g., E3.series, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical).
• Strong understanding of power electronics, circuit theory, and energy management.
• Experience in robotics, automotive, or commercial products.
• Familiarity with sustainability and emerging trends in power systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
