Requirements:

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing MSA, SOW, and other contractual agreements.

• Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.

Job Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants to the platform, targeting key marketsegments. Expand merchant partnerships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
  
• Market Development: Analyze local market dynamics to uncover opportunities for expanding merchant coverage and logistics networks. Partner with internal teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance merchant growth and operational efficiency.
  
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with merchants by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants to maximize their platform value.
  
• Sales Enablement: Deliver persuasive sales pitches emphasizing the platform’s value proposition and benefits. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure partnerships, ensuring long-term success.
  
• Logistics Network Development: Improve and expand downstream logistics networks within the country to support merchant operations. Collaborate with logistics teams and external vendors to develop scalable, efficient solutions.
