Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and handle organisation’s learning and development needs
• Develop organisation’s overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
• In charge of annual training budget
• Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
• Develop and update employee orientation materials

Our client is the APAC regional headquarters (excluding China), focusing on regional operations, marketing, investment, and R&D in battery technology. As a key player in electric vehicle and energy storage systems, the company seeks a Business Development Manager to grow its presence in the Indian market.

The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities related to battery cells for electric vehicles (EV), as well as battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects.
