Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute process validation protocols (MVP/IOPQ) and reports for new and existing product, process and equipment with tooling, production, maintenance and quality personnel for all customers before mass production.
• Train on MVP/IOPQ to all concerned department/personal and prepare training records.
• Prepare instructions/procedures for the assembly processes, ECN/ECR/Deviation are drafted & executed.
• Execute engineering change notice (ECN)from customer/ in house and update ERP system promptly.
• Analyze defect reported in-house and customer with quality, tooling and production.
• Participate in the Continuous Process Improvement programme to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and perform internal quality system audit.
• Compliance to all regulatory and in house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers
• To ensure all equipment on the mechanical assembly lines are in good functioning state.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on Process, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering or validation role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in process validation methodologies and techniques
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry

• You are responsible to drive and manage the silicon Bump & package assembly suppliers, backend processes and solutions to achieve the aggressive TQRDCEB goals.

Responsibilities

• Technical window for new product development.
• Involvement in developing the methodology for implementation of new and improved processes.
• Perform hands-on testing such as setting up the presses, moulds, process development and other engineering activities.
• Develop and document moulding processes, ensuring they meet all technical and quality standards, including DOE and process window study.
• Utilize scientific moulding principles to analyse and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Preparation of process-related technical documentation, like FMEA, validation protocol, engineering report, evaluation processing parameters and data.
• Trial new tooling and equipment and make modifications as needed to meet quality and production goals.

Job Overview

The Process Engineer helps in the technical processes of the Production Department. He/She ensures that the Processes and Methodology within the Production Department is technically sound and cost efficient.

He/She analyses Production and Relevant External Data for the Process Engineer to come up with New Strategies to Raise the Efficiency of Operations and Processes in the department. These include Assessing Viability of New Machinery, Introduction of more efficient tooling and Optimisation of important Production Parameters. The NPI / Production Process Engineer is required to collaborate with the Program Management Team

and be involved in New Product Introduction activities and the creation of manufacturing Work

Instructions as well as other process documents. The incumbent is also expected to improve the work

Key Responsibilities:

 Early involvement in NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.

 Interpret technical information (documents, drawings, and data) and analyse the manufacturing

 Create Bill of Materials structure.

Job Description

• Oversee process design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including process simulation, mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, control philosophy, process input for instrument/valve list, etc
• Provide process input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work
• Oversee technical review of process equipment/system vendors’ proposal and submission during procurement, detailed design and installation stages, support the procurement and tender work
• Prepare the process submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments
