• Perform in-house and on-site calibrations, and data processing
• Provide technical support to laboratory operations and to the Customers
• Adhere to calibration procedures and professional calibration service standards

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess minimum Higher NITEC / Technical Diploma in Instrumentation / Engineering or equivalent, or Higher Technical education.
• Possess relevant experience and technical knowledge in calibration/testing services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words) for data management and processing.
• Commit to meet KPIs, team work, and perform some OT as required.

Customer Engagement and Operational Execution:

• Engage in business development with existing and new customers for marine solutions.
• Regularly liaise with customers for new business inquiries, shipment details, and provide quotations and logistics solutions.
