The Sr. Process Engineer will assist senior staff with designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment and plants (from pilot to fully operational) for Biotech and Pharmaceutical Projects. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop Design and Engineering Deliverables and supporting narratives for Bio-Pharma Process and Clean/Black Utility Systems.
• Develop Design deliverables for Concept, Basic and Detailed Design – URS, PFD/PIDs, Process Calculations, FA/FAC/PSV Sizing, Line List, Equipment List, and Equipment Specifications. Data Sheets, Instrument Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, TQ/TBA, etc.
• Assists with the preparation of engineering studies and schematic design for new systems and analyze operation of existing systems.

Job Description

• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works
