• Test program Development for Digital, Power Management , RF & Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (IC’s) using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC’s
• Design Test Hardware Load board and Probe Card
• Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device
  characterization, test program bring up and production release activities
• Debug of digital test patterns and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)
• Involve on test program hand on, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
• Operation of Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler
• High level of collaboration and interaction with different Hardware, Product
• Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering , or Candidates with minimum, 2 years of experience
• Good Knowledge of Digital and Analog electronics, able to write scripts using Python is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
• Result oriented and willingness to learn
• Selected candidates will be undergoing a training of six months and will be signing up for a contract of eighteen months after confirmation (Training period inclusive).

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the O&M Assistant Engineer (Solar C&I), you will assist to:

• Maintain all PV systems installed by the company or under O&M contract
• Oversees and manage the appointed subcontractor/vendors for the maintenance work
• Ensure that all PV systems are performing through daily plant monitoring
• Respond to anomalies/faults, communicating with the local maintenance team, and coordinating with component manufacturers to troubleshoot and rectify the faults
• Review the frequency of maintenance activities across various sites and ensure the PV system perform at optimal condition
• Process and analyse field data to evaluate performance of solar PV systems and prepare performance reports to respective stakeholders
• HSE management for O&M related activities
• Work with the PV installation team and support on the PV system testing and commissioning as necessary
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the Head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, renewable field or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience in Solar PV industry
• Planning experience in O&M will be a plus

• Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
• Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.
