Role:

Sales Engineer (Power Generation Business / Up to $6500)

• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:15pm
• Salary range: SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,500 monthly, 13th month, SGD 250 transport allowance

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering with at least 4 to 6 years’ relevant sales experience in the power generation business or related business
• Experience in the power generation business

Basic Functions

To meet sales turnover plan, revenue and margin targets within planned and budgeted expenditure for his area of responsibility.

Specific Responsibilities

• Develops sales and market strategies for specific territories
• Executes product sales with pricing within margin guidelines
• Establishes, cultivates and maintains key relationships with customers, business partners and distributors
• Advises key stakeholders on competitive sales and market data, current development and trends of customers and distribution channels
• Works closely with Marketing, Engineering and Operations to ensure products meet customers’ specification and quality
• Periodic travels to the respective territories to support distributors/dealers in developing the market
• Establishes budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for the market
• Establishes clear focus and direction for distributors/dealers in each location to achieve revenue and profit objectives
• Provides marketing and technical support to distributors/dealers
• Analyses sales and market data to provide relevant information to senior management for decision making
• Supports customer service to follow up on customers’ payment issues

System Safety Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop system safety program plan, hazard analyses and risk assessment documents, safety assessment report and hazard logs based on contracted system safety and project requirements

• Facilitate system safety reviews and assessment with project system safety working groups and to facilitate and seek technical endorsement for safety assessment report with company and customer safety review boards

• Ensure system safety requirements and implementation are complied with company process and contracted requirements for projects and in-house products

• Submit monthly project status report and updates to Project Manager, System Safety Leads and Department Manager

Requirements
