RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement projects within their emplaced practice to ensure service delivery and support to meet the intended availability, continuity and capacity requirements.
• Translate business requirement into infrastructure design
• Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy and configure infrastructure to meet resiliency, availability and data integrity needs
• Ensure compliance to Authoritys Technical Architecture and SG-TRM, as well as IM8 and Authority IT Policies
• Manage Infrastructure projects and services to support application systems environments
• Request to provision new VMs for new systems
• Manage system architecture, resource planning, infrastructure performance and system hosting environment from server hardware till OS layer (Excluding hypervisor and Storage) in support of new applications
• Main infrastructure single-point-of contact for all new application system initiatives and to support/assist in application architecture design, integration and acceptance and infrastructure performance testing
• Handover Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures and day-to-day performance/availability monitoring to Operations Engineer upon commissioning and completion of PGP
• Support Operations Engineer on Infrastructure and Systems
• Assist in Infrastructure Architecture review, support and endorsement Review Hardening standards for OS, database
• Hosting environment infrastructure on-boarding (design, setup, configuration, implementation, testing and commissioning of infrastructure components)
• Familiar with API product and configuration for pub/sub and encryption highly preferred

• Bachelors degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Windows, Linux RHEL and AIX OS,OS virtualization technologies, SAN storage and/or databases.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure project management, with a strong background in designing, developing, deploying, and configuring complex infrastructure systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including security measures such as Microsoft PAW, AD Backup/Restore, GPO maintenance, migration/upgrade processes, forest trust, and authentication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

Objectives of the Position

Our unit, Operations Aroma Ingredients is responsible for global production of our market leading products.

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for Operational Excellence of assigned complex key technologies & value chains over their lifecycle (standard operation, start-up, shutdown, stand-by, turnaround, troubleshooting, quality, regulatory, etc.) and continuously drive technical process optimization and operational excellence in all assets (technical documentation, sharing of best practices, etc.) in order to improve reliability and reduce product costs.
• Main contact for operations teams, technology, marketing, supply chain and quality units as well as for the project management for our assets and products with focus on Asia.
• Support trouble shooting for Aroma assets across the company.
• Manage regular contact towards the respective production sites.
• Install and align reporting, communication channels as well as operational targets.
• Align and realize projects and lead teams to upgrade facilities according to business needs.
• Involved in new investments and project plans including milestones and deliverables.
• Familiar with virtual communities and participate in the exchange of experience between Citral and Menthol assets.
• Support technical, regulatory and EHS compliance in the region incl. operational support of process safety related activities (e.g. HAZOP, RC Audit, etc.)
