Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sustaining Engineering support to CNC machinery assembly process
• Support manufacturing/assembly process improvement
• Support failure analysis and cost reduction through value engineering activities
• Support all process validation activities
• Design and prepare the necessary fixture/toolings for production usage purpose
• Setup and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and process routing in SAP
• Prepare process manual and check sheet for production usage
• Support engineering activities to improve manufacturing operation key performance indicators such as quality, waste, efficiency
• Maintain and ensure systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO, Regulatory and housekeeping requirements
• Plan and execute activities with other department to ensure common goals are met
• Performs design and development engineering assignments related to activities for equipment and systems layouts in plant and production facilities.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer to China/India
• Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Solidworks, SAP, SQL, Share Points, DWG Editor is a plus.
• Able to lead, motivated, driven and good communication skills
• A team player with a sense of responsibility and urgency
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in CNC Machinery assembly process and automation will be advantageous
• Experience in fixture/jig design, hands on and new technology introduction will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop green marine solutions that reduces marine carbon footprint, in line with company business objectives.
• Hands on in setting up of test lab to enable development and testing.
• Perform software and algorithm development for electrical propulsion solutions.
• Generate documentation of development architecture, test setups, test procedures, quality control and any other necessary supporting documents.
• Responsible for commissioning of vessels with similar configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our delivered solutions that may arise during the vessel commissioning.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other relevant
• Knowledge in power electronics, motor drives, marine propulsion systems is a plus

• System Optimization and Performance Enhancement: Analyse and evaluate the performance of propulsion and control systems, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvement, and performance enhancement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including operation manuals, maintenance guides, and as-built drawings for electrical systems.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all designed and commissioned electrical systems comply with relevant maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related.
• Min 1 year of experience in Electrical Design in Marine/ Automation/ Automotive industry.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, power distribution, propulsion methods, and control strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Performs scheduled and unscheduled service inspection, and preventive, and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE).

· Perform M&E repair and maintenance associated with building services.

· Carry out routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities equipment and maintenance.

· Liaise and supervise the vendors/service providers on the repair or maintenance of facility-related issues.

· Provide facilities support and services to other departments.

· With hands-on experience required and willingness to work in an oil and grease working environment.

· Assist Senior Engineer, Coordinate and facilitate external service providers and internal customers.

· Complete all documentation for work performed, promptly.

Requirements:

· Diploma / ITE with Facility Management experiences and M&E exposures.

· Possessing with forklift license and Fire Safety relevant experiences will be an added advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Knowledge in OSHA and ISO requirements.

· Teamwork orientated, committed and ethical behaviour personality.
