• Conduct safety briefings for new employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Conduct regular safety talks for each shift team.
• Support the development and implementation of EHS policies.

• Coordinate the Permit to Work System for plant operations and ensure contractor compliance.
• Oversee workplace repairs, installations, and activities posing safety risks.
• Verify the adequacy and safety of all tools and equipment.
• Register and investigate WSH incidents, providing statistical information.
• Conduct safety briefings and trainings as scheduled or required.
• Conduct emergency management drills and exercises.
• Arrange OSHA mandated testing and evaluations of the workplace by external agencies/consultants.
