Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marine systems, including ballast systems, seawater systems, cooling water systems, and fire-fighting systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate marine systems with topside process systems, ensuring compatibility and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation such as technical specifications, system diagrams, calculations, and equipment data sheets.
• Perform system simulations, analysis, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of marine systems.
• Provide technical input and support during the construction, installation, commissioning, and startup phases of marine systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and develop solutions for marine system issues that arise during operations.
• Ensure that all marine systems are designed in compliance with industry regulations, such as IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and classification society rules (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register, etc.).
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure the integrity and safety of marine systems and equipment.
• Lead or support marine system upgrades, modifications, and retrofit projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and shipyards to ensure the correct specification and procurement of marine equipment and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in marine technology and best practices within the oil and gas industry.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marine systems engineering, preferably in the oil and gas or offshore industries.
• Familiarity with FPSO or similar offshore marine systems is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems design, including ballast, bilge, seawater cooling, and fire-fighting systems.
• Experience with marine system design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Hydromaster, ANSYS).
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL) and classification society standards (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
• Experience with system integration and project management for marine systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Lead RTL design, simulation, and verification for TetraMem ASIC/SoC products, ensuring robustness.
• Integrate and validate IP blocks for seamless system functionality.
• Analyze requirements for Power, Performance, and Area (PPA), optimizing design trade-offs.
• Collaborate with backend team in RTL coding, implementation, and synthesis for successful tapeout.
• Create and maintain reusable IPs for AI/in-memory computing.
• Support Post-Si testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers to facilitate their professional growth.
• Contribute to design reviews for improved product performance and reliability.
• Stay current on RTL design methodologies for efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum Master in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of working experience with emphasis on RTL/SoC/digital design.
• Proficient in Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Proficient in VCS, Verdi, or similar industry-standard tools.
• Skilled in pre-layout and post-layout simulation.
• Knowledgeable about the design flow and collaboration with backend teams.
• Familiar with AMBA APB and AXI protocols.

• Perform process design for chemical plants, storage terminals, industrial waste facilities in basic design, FEED and detailed engineering stage.
