The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of construction equipment. This role requires advanced technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all work is completed to the highest industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Installation and Commissioning:**
- Perform installation and commissioning of associated equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct thorough testing and calibration to ensure proper functionality.
- **Maintenance and Repairs:**
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of construction equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical issues.
- **Technical Support:**
- Provide technical support and training to customers..
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and service documentation.
- **Safety and Compliance:**
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments as required.
- **Customer Service:**

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

**Qualifications:**
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service engineering or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
