This position reports to the Vice President of Automation Manufacturing Technology (AMT), Integrated Operations Network (ION), and is responsible for effectively leading the collaboration with business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The successful candidate is responsible for developing and executing the AI strategy to integrate and optimize the inhouse and external resources by influences. The person in this position must charter a strong AI related talent network among business units and AMT on transforming innovation practices into robust application processes with scaling up implementations. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• A Master degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline. A PhD engineering degree is strongly preferred. 10+ years operational and/or technical experiences in a technology environment/industry is also preferred.

Objectives of the position:

The NPI / Production Process Engineer is required to collaborate with the Program Management Team

and be involved in New Product Introduction activities and the creation of manufacturing Work

Key Responsibilities:
