Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Licensed Plumber.

Ensure control of engineering and technical documentation to ensure drawings are sorted and disseminated to the relevant personnel and all clients' and consultants' drawing requirements are understood.

Assist in implementation of company's policies regarding Integrated Mangement System (IMS) for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) at all levels and ensure it is maintained.

Source, Liaise and coordinate with M&E subcontractors.

Ensure of product delivery, non comformance are identified and corrective action are implemented.

Ensure construction machines are properly maintained and in good service condition.

Ensure all testing, measuring equipments are callibrated and controlled.

Ensure project (cost, resources, quality and schedule) are under control.

1. To assist Project Manager in site supervision.

2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of ACMV works.

3. To manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given time frame.

4. To resolve site issues with supervisors, maincontractor, subcontractors, vendors and or/ related 3rd parties.

5. To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives.

6. To plan implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.

7. To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma/ ITC certificates in related trades with preferred 1-2 years experiences.

Prior experience in ACMV Works will be an added advantage. Able to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 24/7 network operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of IT infrastructure systems (Wired/Wireless) to ensure all systems are working in good condition to maintain normal operations;
• Ensure proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements;
• Responsible to detect signs of abnormality and to report overall system health status to ensure recovery actions, correction actions and preventive measures are in place for every incident reported;
