Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
• Minimum of 15 years of HSE engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry, in process safety/technical safety, and has worked a minimum of 4-5 years in a Lead position on similar projects
• Involved in design projects for offshore (FPSO/Platforms) and onshore (Refineries, LNG facilities, Storage terminals, etc.)
• Should have worked on a minimum number of offshore projects (FPSO/Platforms)

• At least 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA

Responsibilities:

• Oversee wafer manufacturing to meet quality, yield, and production targets.
• Collaborate globally on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance process capability and yield.
• Coordinate troubleshooting for process issues and yield losses.
• Drive continuous process improvements and resolve chronic quality issues.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions for ongoing improvement.
• Conduct statistical data analysis for process improvement and data interpretation.
• Utilize problem-solving techniques (8D, Fishbone, DOE) and risk assessment tools (FMEA).

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC
• Proficient in statistical software (e.g., JMP).
• Experience with Visual Basic, databases, and queries (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Operations

o Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end recruitment strategies and processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience and a timely hiring process.

o Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) functionality and maintenance to ensure accurate data capture and reporting on hiring metrics.

3. Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives

o Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive positioning and innovation in talent acquisition efforts.

o Partner with HR leadership and other stakeholders to build an employer value proposition that resonates with candidates and supports our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

4. Team Leadership and Development

Requirements:
