Your responsibilities:

• General reception duties

• Answering phone calls

• Handling and responding to enquiries in a timely fashion

• Scheduling of cases for the centre

• Handle general therapy/school related administrative duties

• Help with opening/closing of the centre/getting the centre ready each day

• Provide administrative support and update records

• Ad hoc administrative/operations duties as allocated

What you'll do:

As a Storage Administrator, your role will be pivotal in overseeing storage-related projects and offering level 3 operational support across the APAC region. Your responsibilities will encompass upholding configuration standards, offering technical assistance to deployment teams, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. You will also be tasked with executing storage resource allocations and migrations when necessary. Your ability to liaise effectively with various teams throughout different project stages will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will support storage vulnerability checks, baseline checking, and storage hardening while generating necessary health-check/dashboard/security compliance reports.

• Support projects in APAC regions managed by the storage team
• Uphold configuration standards and design guidelines for storage systems

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Storage Administrator position brings a wealth of experience in system support on an enterprise storage platform. You possess technical knowledge in EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure storage, NetApp, Brocade switches and CleverSafe. Your sound understanding of storage hardware and system services is complemented by your hands-on experience in performing storage code upgrades. With fluent verbal and oral English communication skills, you are able to effectively liaise with various teams throughout different project stages. A minimum of 3 years' project management experience would be advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years of system support experience on enterprise storage platform
• Technical knowledge in EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure storage, NetApp, Brocade switches and CleverSafe
• Sound knowledge of storage hardware and system services (volume management operations, file system management, data migration, snapshot & replication technologies, connectivity technology)
• Good understanding in storage upgrade process and hand-on experience in performing storage code upgrades
• Fluent verbal and oral English communication skill
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience will be a plus

Summary:

The Storage Administrator, will join the APAC IT Storage team to manage storage-related projects and provide Level 3 operational support across the APAC region. This role involves maintaining configuration standards, adhering to operating procedures, and supporting storage vulnerability and compliance checks.

Responsibilities:

Technical Management:

• Support storage projects in the APAC region managed by the APAC storage team.
• Maintain configuration standards and design guidelines for storage systems and related software.
• Provide technical assistance to deployment teams.
• Improve and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Perform storage resource allocations and migrations in compliance with established processes.

Business Relationships:

• Collaborate with APS, business units, and other IT teams during project phases.

Governance:

• Support storage vulnerability assessments, baseline checks, and hardening initiatives.
• Produce health-check, dashboard, and security compliance reports as required.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise storage platforms.
• Proficiency in EMC PMAX/VMAX, ECS, Pure Storage, NetApp, Brocade switches, and CleverSafe.
• Strong knowledge of storage hardware and system services, including volume management, data migration, snapshot and replication technologies, and connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with storage code upgrades and adherence to upgrade processes.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced-level expertise in SAN management, NAS management AND Object storage management
• ITIL Foundation certification for service management is preferred.
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
• Project management experience (minimum 3 years) is a plus.

Job Description

1) Responsible to ensure that Customer Experience is consistent with
