The successful candidate will support various Business Units (BUs) and be assigned a specific category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing and procurement tasks for designated BUs.
• Point of contact and partner for assigned BUs, managing vendor relationships and procurement processes to achieve optimal pricing.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiations, RFQs, tenders, and manage contracts and vendor performance.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance regarding delivery, quality, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably inmedical devices, materials, capital equipment, and service maintenance category.
• Familiarity with eProcurement systems, especially SAP.
• Experience with SAP Hana/S4 modules for procurement and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.

• Manage suppliers to ensure their support for timely delivery
• Negotiate pricing and update the system on the pricing
• Seek alternate sources for raw materials as well as office purchases
• Collaborate with Planning team to avoid any disruptions to Production or overstock situation
• Negotiate for reliable and effective freight cost

Requirements:
