About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. Equipment Engineer (Pick and Place) will provide technical leadership to startup of next generation of Fanout packaging equipment, optimize equipment capability, quality, and utilization through CIP to meet company's goals.

• Have an in-depth understanding of how Precision die PNP, Pick & Place process equipment working principle and how critical parameters will impact downstream process and to work together with process counterpart to resolve complex integration issues.

Overall Job Purpose

What you will do:

The Systems Applications Engineer, National Accounts will Provides sales support to the engineering and sales team.
