Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing our PAM infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient privileged access across our organization. This role will involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving PAM systems, as well as collaborating with other security and IT teams to enhance overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• PAM Administration:Manage, support, and optimize PAM systems, including account provisioning, de-provisioning, and regular maintenance tasks.
  Daily health check, and fulfil service request, change request
  Respond to and resolve PAM-related incidents, ensuring rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  Act as the point of contact for PAM-related queries, providing assistance to users on access issues and supporting them in the use of PAM solutions.
  Regularly monitor privileged access activities, generate audit reports, and address any suspicious activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system security and functionality
  Enforce privileged access policies, manage user roles, and implement least privilege principles
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for PAM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
  

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience and at least 2 focused on Privileged Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea, or similar) and security protocols such as MFA, RADIUS, LDAP, SAML, and Kerberos.

Skill

• Proficient in troubleshooting and configuring PAM solutions
• Familiarity with privileged account lifecycle management and least privilege principles
• Knowledge of security best practices, especially in managing privileged access
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation

· To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs​

· Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards​

· Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to application team as necessary​

· Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects​

· Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements ​

· Provide technical support to application development teams​

· Evaluate release of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact ​

Qualifications​

· Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, Other Container platforms​

· Knowledge in Linux OS, Wintel OS, MariaDB or Any Other databases​

· Knowledge in Networking (F5 GTM/LTM or any other SLB)​

· 5 Years minimum professional experience and 3 Years minimum relevant experience​

We are looking for a Engineer to provide Remote Access & Virtualization Platforms Support. This is a 12 months extendable contract role with a potential to extend / convert to a permanent position based on the performance.

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be part of the EET team, focused on engineering solutions for sustainability and optimization of VMware/Omnissa Horizon platforms, Citrix published applications, and remote access brokerage.
• This includes maintaining secure remote access services via F5/APM and Omnissa UAG.
• The role involves global collaboration for architecture design, implementation, and platform maintenance.
• Engineer, design, and maintain VMware/Omnissa Horizon platforms, including AppVolumes and Unified Access Gateway (UAG), to provide secure and efficient remote access solutions.
• Manage Citrix DDC products, Windows 10/11 desktop OS, and secure desktop brokerage for remote access and application publishing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, optimizing performance and security across all access services.
