Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer (ID8358)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working hour: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, however sometimes may required to work at off duty hours according to operation arrangement
Salary: $5500 - $6000

Job Description:
-Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
-Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment (such as genset, excavator etc) to support production and operational requirements.
-Coordinate tasks and resources across machinery & equipment maintenance team, and logistics & operations team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
-Oversee and ensure the Operations and Logistics adhere to safety measures during operations.
-Address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and productivity.
-As team leader in performing daily task, inclusive of daily reporting.
-Prepare & maintain machinery reporting & documents.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experiences in excavator, heavy land machinery and equipment field.
· Possess knowledge on the procedures in maintenance of equipment & land machinery.
· Possess knowledge in logistics and operations will be advantages.
· Basic IT knowledge on software operating.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, excel, powerpoint etc).
· Valid class 3 driving license (optional).
· People oriented, task oriented and possess positive work attitude.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
· Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

The incumbent is responsible to design, develop and implement AR and FRDMP programs, scripts, batch jobs for AR/ FRDMP systems. He/she will work with stakeholders across various functions to deliver technology solutions to address their business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis for upstream and downstream changes that affect the systems.
• Utilize programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and technologies while contributing to the technical code documentations.
• Design, develop and deploy the programs, shell batch scripts, complex MSSQL and T-SQL scripts (packages, stored procures, functions, and triggers).
• Follow the organizational SDLC processes to deliver the project or enhancement requests, create/update the SDLC documents including functional and non-functional specifications, technical design documents, test plan, test cases, release procedures, system operational documents, user manuals etc.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow; participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot the production issues and system problems escalated by IT operation team, identify the root cause, provide workaround to rectify the issue/problem, and work out the long-term solution to fix issues/problems permanently.
• Involve in regularly maintenance activities, e.g., yearly DR drill, quarterly support for server or platform software patching, etc.
• Provide ad-hoc support for other IT service requests, e.g., data extraction, data alteration, extract system logic, answer to users’ inquiry about the data/logic in the system, etc.
• Manage, maintain, and support applications and the corresponding operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectation.
• Evaluate the current system state, identify aspects which could be improved and recommend changes to achieve the improvement.
• Coordinate production release preparation, provide on-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed to cover change deployment.
• Highlight or escalate risk and issues to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years’ experience on MS SQL Server development (SSIS packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers).
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Possess problem-solving ability and work well in a challenging technical environment, with capability to multi-task whilst delivering high quality solutions.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Job Title: Marine Technical Engineer (ID8359)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Must have technical and operations knowledge on marine vessel operations & maintenance
Salary: $3400 - $5000

Job Description:
- Managing and Overseeing daily vessel operations, including movements, documents and risk management.
- Ensuring compliance for Port state.
- Handling and checking ship and cargo documents, including customs compliance for international shipment, raise purchase procurement and purchase order for vessel request maintenance and repair.
- Tracking and reviewing of approved purchase requisition for all vessel.
- Assisting relevant departments with claims such as demurrage, cargo shortage, and commercial.
- Submitting monthly statistical reports, including operating rate statistics, demurrage and voyage reporting.
- Improving ship efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Engaging and deploying sea staff for vessel assignments.
- Managing planned maintenance system (PMS) repairs and maintenance activities documentation and report filling into marine department archive.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine & Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and environmental standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with vessel operations, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments (e.g., shipyards or offshore).
- Proficient in English (Spoken and Written) & Microsoft Office.
- Team player and able to work within time constraints.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
