Role Summary

As a QHSE Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are met. General Overview

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating technical proposals based on specifications.

• Maintain procurement records and documentation.

Job Description:

• Convert purchase requests to purchase orders in SAP
• Update new equipment warranties, preventive maintenance, and repair works
• Follow up on ETA and update revised ETA in SAP
• Check daily delivery documents of goods and services against our SAP system
• Verify invoices against our SAP system
• Email vendors if invoices are not submitted during deliveries and follow up with invoices
• Request credit notes and revised invoices from vendors if invoices are incorrect
