This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project.

He/She will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Job Scope:

Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements

Supervise subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards

Liaise with clients, senior engineers in preparation for site work and plan schedules

Keep Project Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments

Liaise with the design specialists on drawings, amendment and re-submission to clients

Assist in conducting site measurement and inspections

Communicate with subcontractors and other suppliers

Monitor the delivery schedule of equipment/material to site

Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.

Prepare and submit project documents

Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent

Fresh Graduates welcome

Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently

Competent in MS Excel and Words

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm

Required to work on construction sites

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing of test scripts, issues tracking and test management
• Responsible for conducting qualification test of new product or revised component with issuing of test report and recommendations to the test findings
• Responsible for testing accordance to applicable product standards, guidelines, regulations and dormakaba Corporate Standard (DCS)
• Responsible for preparation of samples and coordinate with PQS EN or certification bodies for product certification
• Responsible for evaluating and analysis of competitors’ products – teardown analysis, VA/VE

• Min 2 years of working experience in production quality or test lab.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, responding and attending to maintenance requests and complaints on power generators
• Assist in tender submission, material planning & requisition
• Generate service reports, troubleshooting reports and make proposal to client
• Generate method statement, risk assessment plan
• Carry out monthly generator set maintenance servicing check
• Carry out fault diagnosis and forwarding planning on assigned works/ projects
• Carry out on-call responsibilities on a rota basis
• Conduct inspection with client for site activities on power generator issues
• Observe & demonstrate behavior in line with the core value of the Company
• Liaise with contractors and attend site meetings
• Execute site work and ensure work performance is accordance to work standards & specifications
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• ITE/ Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 year of diesel engine generator related experience
• Proficient with MS Office Applications
• Good team player with ability to work independently

What you’ll be doing:

• OutSystems infrastructures on premise or on private clouds.
• Troubleshoot operating systems network and database related issues.
• Define the enterprise architecture to maximize OutSystems capabilities.
• Ensure OutSystems best practices for architecture performance and security.
• Manage applications lifecycle and deployment.
• Support on premise or on private clouds hosted running on Linux and Windows OutSystems, MySQL, MSSQL Server and similar technologies.
• Play a critical tech lead role in managing the operations of the environments and ensures this is done in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
• Implement monitor refresh and perform disaster prevention and recovery tasks on all supported applications.

What you’ll need:

• Any qualification in Computer Engineering and or any relevant qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant technical knowledge and experience in the administrating OutSystems 10 (and above) and integration with REST APIs.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in supporting and managing Windows Servers, Linux Server, MySQL and MSSQLin current or past employment.
• Strong in governing system hygiene (Compliance factors).
• Adequate knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures and API) and of network/web related protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information quickly.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills.
