Role Summary

As a QHSE Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are met. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage our procurement team for ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EPC and EPCM contractor environments, with extensive experience in sourcing HVAC equipment and materials both domestically and internationally. The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s competitiveness by sourcing the most cost-effective and high-quality materials, reviewing supplier quotations to ensure accuracy and technical compliance, and supporting both domestic and overseas business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy & Leadership:
